All the graphical Plan 9 programs accept a new -W option
that can be used to specify window size. The syntax is

where spec can be WIDTHxHEIGHT, WIDTHxHEIGHT@XMIN,YMIN
'XMIN YMIN XMAX YMAX' or XMIN,YMIN,XMAX,YMAX.
